Preview: Project Pabst // Zidell Yards (& various other locations) // 9-26 thru 9-28-14

So Pabst Blue Ribbon– with help from the folks at the Portland Mercury– are writing a love letter to Portland in the form of a three day music festival, and it remains to be seen how we– Portland– receive this love letter.

Boasting names like Modest Mouse, Tears for Fears, Violent Femmes, Built to Spill, Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks, plus so many others, it’s hard to imagine anything but great reviews coming from the weekend.

For those not yet in the know, there will be two days of music (Sat & Sun) planned at Zidell Yards in the South Waterfront neighborhood, and, in addition, there will be two nights (Fri & Sat) of late night shows at five of the city’s more popular venues (Crystal Ballroom, Wonder Ballroom, Mississippi Studios, Dante’s, and Ash Street Saloon). ┬áKeep in mind that a separate ticket needs to be purchased for the “night shows.”

Look for a recap of the Zidell shows next week here on The Bridge! See you out there, Portland.
